Construction payment in Australia

Each Australian state and territory has its own Security of Payment Act, and the deadlines differ between them. Payment runs on a payment claim answered by a payment schedule to statutory dates, with a right to rapid adjudication if the schedule is short or missing. GST applies at 10%.
